Not satisfied with your order?
We are committed to improving our service and welcome your feedback on how we can do better.
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt , provided it is unused. Alternatively, you can send us a photo if the product is defective. We will review the photo and in most cases can resolve the issue without a refund. Should a refund be required, it will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your return or confirmation from our customer service department.
Please note: This policy does not apply to hygiene products – see below for more information.
Damaged products upon arrival
Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible.
For the quickest solution, please email us with a photo that clearly shows the damaged part of the product. Ideal photos show the product on a flat background with the label and defect clearly visible. This information will help us process your request and avoid future errors.
In case of defects, we will ship a new package free of charge on the first incident . Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund. If the product is defective a second time , we will refund the full purchase price.

Contact us by email at info@insanity.com to obtain the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine which center your package came from.Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- We do NOT offer free return labels . Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

INCLUDE DELIVERY PROOF
Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for return shipping, so always request a tracking code from DHL . Inform us at info@insanity.com when you have sent the package and indicate if you want a refund or a different size/color.Note: Since our headquarters is in China, returns must be sent to our supplier (based in Asia).

SHIPPING
Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or parcel shop) and send your parcel back.Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as soon as possible or a refund will be issued.
cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us directly at info @glowthry .com . If you request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order , we can refund the full amount unconditionally. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible as the order is already being processed.
shipping costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
How long it takes for your replacement product to arrive depends primarily on your location.
We strongly recommend using an insured shipping service or tracking !
Why can't beauty and hygiene products be returned?
At Glowthry, the safety and health of our customers is our top priority. Due to the nature of these products and to maintain the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hygiene products once they have been shipped or used.
Examples of non-returnable hygiene products:
- underwear, bikinis
- makeup, care products
- serums, oils
- hair styling products and similar beauty items
Products generally cannot be returned if the following conditions apply:
- The buyer has repaired or modified the products himself.
- The products have been handled improperly or used contrary to the instructions on the packaging.
- The defect is due to government regulations regarding the products or the materials used.
- Hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.
